About the PARC Mashup class

The PARC Mashup class brings it all together. It includes exercises from all PARC pillars to provide a maximum output weekend class. The main two elements in the PARC Mashup class is strength and conditioning, which makes it a perfect catch-up class or a great starting point to kickstart your physical readiness training. Always on a Saturday morning (and sometimes Sundays) it sets you off on the right track for the weekend.

It’s also our most sociable class, people tend to enjoy themselves as it’s on the weekend, and quite often we end up seeing you out for brunch, lunch or other weekend shenanigans later in the day.

This is the place to start. You’ll enjoy this, even if it’s raining.
