About the Power class

The PARC – Power class is all about building strength. Not the body builder type strength (sorry lads), but functional strength for physical longevity. Building overall functional muscle strength is the bedrock for a physically healthy body, and an active life now and as you get older. By engaging in resistance exercises, you prime your muscles, bones, and joints and thereby mitigate the risk of injury and age-related decline.

The PARC Power class also bolsters metabolism, aiding in weight management and enhancing overall vitality.

The structure of the class follows the same circuit training format as the other PARC Training classes, with the exception of it being a smaller class so that we can coach you on form movement control. In this class we work exclusively with resistance to maximise muscle load.
