About the Conditioning class
The PARC – Conditioning class supercharging your endurance and cardiovascular stamina. It’s an excellent class if you want to improve cardiovascular health, amplify endurance, and refine overall fitness levels. Moreover, it facilitates weight management and may improve your mood by triggering the release of endorphins, fostering a sense of well-being.
The structure of the class follows the same circuit training format as the other PARC Training classes. This is a lower weight, high repetition class. With the aim to build muscle endurance and cardiovascular stamina, we focus on high intensity exercises, HIIT style, with or without weights.
