About the Conditioning class

The PARC – Agility class is a thrilling and super fun class where we focus on exercises that improve your muscle reaction and coordination that will help build and maintain the mind/body connection. This dynamic form of exercise also enhances coordination, balance and flexibility. This is class is perfect for people in sports and those who want to reduce the risk of injuries later in life.

By honing these skills, you not only improve for sports, you also improve your ability to navigate daily tasks. Agility training also stimulates cognitive function, as it requires quick thinking and decision-making.

There is no heavy equipment in this class, but it may include fast change of direction, so it’s important to wear the right shoes for an outdoor environment.
