CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Cancellation Policy applies to all  clients, customers, and users of Pliabl Ltd.

1          Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the products and services provided by Pliabl Ltd (“Pliabl”, “the Company”, “our”, “we” or “us”), you agree to comply with and be bound by our Terms and Conditions and this Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services, our website or our social media channels.

2          Entire Agreement

This Cancellation Policy shall be read together with our Terms & Conditions, and any relevant Membership or Service Agreement and embodies the entire agreement between you and Pliabl and supersedes any prior negotiation, conduct, arrangement, understanding or agreement, express or implied, in relation to the subject matter of this agreement.

4. Notification Period

Appointments: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. The notice period for emergency appointments made within 6 hours of an appointment is 3 hours.

Group Training:  Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 3 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. Please note the cancellation window is closed over night between 11pm and 7am, so for morning sessions cancellation needs to be made the evening before.

5. Cancellation Charges

Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost for Appointments, and £10 flat fee for Group Classes. This fee is to be paid prior to booking any future appointments. If you use private medical insurance, the cancellation fee will fall to yourself.

6. Late Arrival

Clients who arrive late for their scheduled appointment may receive a shortened treatment session, and the full appointment fee will still apply. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and do not let us know in advance, you will be considered a no-show and charged in full. For Pliabl membership clients, a session will be removed from your monthly subscription, the same applies for bundle sessions. If you call ahead and let us know of your late arrival, we will do our best to still see you. If we cannot see you straightaway, we will reschedule your appointment free of charge.

If a member of our team is more than 10 minutes late for a home/office visit appointment and do not call ahead and agree a later start, you have the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment for a full refund.

7. Exceptions

In cases of illness or emergency, where providing the requisite notice is not feasible, we will review cancellation charges at our discretion.

8. Contact Information

Clients must ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and up-to-date, as we may need to reach them to confirm appointments or discuss cancellations.

9. Multiple Appointments

For clients with recurring appointments, packages or membership, adherence to the cancellation policy is essential to maintain future bookings. An appointment or training session as part of a package or membership will be deducted if not cancelled on time.

10. Booking Deposits

For certain high-demand services or extended appointments, we reserve the right to request a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of the service.

11. Policy Agreement

By booking an appointment with us, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by our cancellation policy.

12. Policy Updates

This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to clients via our website or direct contact methods. Continued use of our services after any modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.

13. Legal Compliance

This policy is in accordance with UK consumer protection laws and regulations governing cancellation policies for service-based businesses.
