We have designed our Pliability Training classes in a way so they can fit in with your Pliabl Physical Readiness programme as a way to boost your physical readiness to you back into sports and exercise or boost your current training regimen. The purpose of the Pliability Training series is to help develop core strength, stability, and flexibility in a small group setting – all online on Zoom for your convenience.

Our Pliability Training Classes are 100% online to make it more accessible for you to join. They have been designed to complement your Physical Readiness Programme, PARC Training, or your current training regime for faster and more efficient recovery and physical readiness.

Our Recovery Stretching class is designed to enhance flexibility and promote deep relaxation through long-hold static stretches. In this gentle but challenging session, you will experience a series of slow and deliberate stretches aimed at increasing pliability and range of motion in muscles and joints. With a focus on mindful breathing and gradual progression, this class helps release tension, improve posture, and alleviate stiffness in the body. By holding stretches for extended periods, you will safely and effectively lengthen muscles, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance overall flexibility.

What are the benefits?
How often do you recommend me attending a class?
It very much depends on your personal goals and objectives. The three classes are very different and aim to achieve different things so it’s recommended you mix it up. If you have a membership what’s stopping you from attending every week, you will definitely feel the difference.
Can I attend a class if I have an injury?
It depends on the injury, and how far you have recovered and where you are in your rehabilitation programme. Whilst our classes may help with your injury rehabilitation always seek advice from your medical professional first and speak to us before you attend a class.
Can I book just one class?
Sure, we all got to start somewhere, and sometimes it’s good to just try it out, but to get the best sustainable results we recommend booking a series of classes for a period of time. Or why not choose one of our Physical Readiness Memberships, which will include all LiveOnline classes for free.
