About the Recovery class
The PARC – Recovery class has been designed to actively boost muscle recovery and improve balance and pliability. It is perfect if you are recovering from injury (subject to consultation and physician consent), if you have sore muscles and recovering from sports or a hard training session, or if you want to improve your balance, mobility and muscle pliability.
The structure of the class follows the same circuit training format as the other PARC Training classes, with the exception of it being a shorter 30-minute class. Form is key, and we focus on slower more controlled movement, and we work a lot with resistance bands, light weights, body weight, pliability movements, and specialist recovery equipment.
